Tender For Balance Resurfacing (Bituminous Surfacing Phase Ii) Work Of Boraki Extension, (Phase-1), Greater Noida - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundaiton trenches. (MORTH/(AR/GNIDA) 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. clause 406 Morth 6 Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal plus of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres. 7 With common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 (DSR-18/16.7.1) 8 Providing and applying primer coat with SSI grade bitumen emulsIon on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 7.5kg/sqm using mechanical broom Morth 502 9 On granular base such as WBM and WMM surface with 7.5 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm 10 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of cleaned with mechanical 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface broom MORTH 503 11 On bituminous surface with 2.50kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm 12 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor contral to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 13 40mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade penetration of 60/70 4.5% by weight of total mix. 14 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder crmb-55 @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 15 30mm compacted thiness with bitumen penetration of VG-30 @ 5.4% by weight of total mix 16 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
