    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services Annual Maintenance Service - Desktops, Laptops and Peripherals Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products 1) The AMC period will be for 24 months from the date of commencement of the Contract. 2) During the AMC period, the bidder must provide one resident on-site engineer at Personnel Department, Mumbai Central Division. The engineer shall be available during office hours on all working days to address maintenance needs of all IT assets. He may also be called on holidays if pending work is not completed on working days. 3) The bidder shall provide all necessary support and restore normal operation within 24 hours of intimation of any issue to the resident engineer, either verbally or through Telephone/Email/Fax. For this purpose, the bidder must maintain sufficient spare equipment, tools, and accessories with the engineer at the Sr. DPO Office. 4) The vendor shall provide a mobile communication device to the service engineer and the coordinator, and their contact numbers shall be shared with the Person-in-charge or any other person nominated by competent authority for seamless communication. 5) During AMC, the bidder must maintain spare PCs, printers, keyboards, mouse, TFTs, scanners, etc., of the same Or higher make/model as specifications, at Personnel Department, Mumbai Central Division. per the 6) In case of any server failure, the bidder must ensure immediate reconfiguration and replacement of the server, with the help of the resident engineer, using the spare switch available at the site. Faulty equipment shall be repaired or replaced within one working day to maintain system functionality. 7) The bidder shall maintain spare motherboards, hard disks, RAM, power supplies, etc., of the same or higher specification for immediate replacement, if Total Quantity :
