Tender For Repair And Maintenance To Hangar, Roof, Camouflage Painting To Roof, Wall And Other Connected B/R Works In Tech Area Of Army Avn Sqn Under Age (I) Cif (K); 1 Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting, 0.63mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws/self tapping screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 upto 8mtr height, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 All as per item No 02 above but except sheeting. 4 S&F Galvanised, plain mild steel sheeting, 0.80mm thick as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing(length and girth as fixed), fixed with coach screws/self tapping screws and washers with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 5 All as per item No 04 above but except sheeting. 6 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugatedsteel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding, ridges to wall, fixed with self tapping screws,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 8 S&F 2mm fibre glass reinforced translucent sheet with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws/self tapping screwes and washers, complete as directed by Engr-in-charge. 9 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 10 M&Lfor MS plate,ISMC, MS angle Gde Fe 410W/E250 quality A, asin purlins, square cut or notched forming holes, without any attachment including drilling, fitting, rivetting and or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivet or nut and bolts) providing and fitting angle cleats, Gusset plates etc also for wedging plumbing, truing up and fixing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (camouflage pattern) over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 CM girth or width in camouflage pattern complete all as directed by the Engr in charge 12 M & L for preparation of old painted steel surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint (camouflage pattern)of any description over 10 CM width or girth in camouflage pattern, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge 13 Dismantling of boarding, ceiling, wall panelling of any thickness and description, fixed in any position,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 14 S&F high density WPC (wood plastic composite) louvers panel as in ceiling 25 mm thick of any length and width fixed on ceiling including fixing ofL corner, ceiling rod fixed with hold fastener, ceiling keel for grid , ceiling slat or any other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. The specification of material is as under:-(a) The length of WPC panel should be in a single piece and width should lie in between 203mm to 150mm.(b) Looks and feels like natural wood.(c) 100% non-toxic, non-formaldehyde, environmental friendly.(d)Water-proof; termite-proof.(e) No cracking, anti-impact with high density.(f) Anti-UV, good color fastness.(g) No glue, no need to paint and can be painted. (h) Easy installation and low maintenance. (j) Weather resistant. (k) Flame retardant. (l)Colour and make asapproved by AGE (I). 15 S&F high density WPC (wood plastic composite) louvers panel as in wall panelling 25 mm thick of any length and width fixed on wall surface including of fixing of L corner, buckle with self tapping screws or any other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
