Tender For Cleaning & Repair Of Storm Water Drain, Storm Drain Cover, Compound Wall, Jaffri Wall, Boundary Wall, Fencing And Other Misc Work In The Area Of 13 Brd And 16 Brd At Af Stn Palam Under Ge (Af) Gurgaon No 1.; 2 De-silting & cleaning of old Rain water harvesting Pit including removing of all silt, Soil, vegetation growth, removing of aggregate of different grading layer wise maintaining the grading, cleaning by washing, straining to maintain grading layerwise and refilling the same as per existing pattern after necessary repairing to pit structure as required under respective items hereinafter, and removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 De-silting and cleaning of existing storm water drain by removing silt, soil, vegetation growth and removing of rubbish from the premises for cleaning of drains, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etac but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 M&L for brick work by using old bricks obtained from demolition/dismantling straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150 mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 9 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for coping, benching, bed block for flooring, rungs, window cills etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 10 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 11 M&L for 300 mm dia RCC pipe class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars including demolition and removing of old RCC pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 12 M&L for cement concrete1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipe including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 300 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 13 Returning filling with excavated soil in layers n exc 25cm thick including spreading levelling watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 14 Removal of debris/malwa/surplus soil to a distance exc 10 Km but n exc 15.00 Km out side MD land and depositing where as directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 15 M&L for spreading and levelling of dry River sand of required grading as in filter media to rain water harvesting chamber including getting out old un-useable aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 16 M&L for spreading and levelling of 20mm size stone aggregate of required grading as in filter media to rain water harvesting chamber including getting out old un-useable aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 17 M&L for spreading and levelling of 40mm size stone aggregate of required grading as in filter media to rain water harvesting chamber including getting out old un-useable aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 18 M&L for spreading and levelling of 63mm size stone aggregate of required grading as in filter media to rain water harvesting chamber including getting out old un-useable aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 19 S&F in repair Precast Cement concrete perforated drain cover of size 900 mm x 500mm x 75 mm thick srounded with steel strip 75x1.5mm Reinforced as per manufactiurers design in Munufactured proccess laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Contractor shall provide PV alongwith manufacturer test certificate of drain cover. 20 S&F in repair Precast Cement concrete perforated drain cover of size 1100 mm x 500mm x 75mm thick srounded with steel strip 75x1.5mm Reinforced as per manufacturers design in Munufactured proccess laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall provide PV alongwith manufacturer test certificate of drain cover. 21 S&F in repair Precast Cement concrete perforated drain cover of size 600mm x 450mm x 75mm thick srounded with steel strip 75x1.5mm Reinforced as per manufacturers design in Munufactured proccess laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: -(i) Contractor shall provide PV alongwith manufacturer test certificate of drain cover. 22 S&F in repair Precast Cement concrete 600/710 mm dia with 75 mm thick circular factory made manhole cover srounded with steel strip 75x1.5mm Reinforced manufactured with M-30 grade or concrete vibro compaction process, complete all as per manufactures instruction to take load as specified. i.e. 20 MT per heavy duly when tested as per IS-12592).Notes: -(i) Contractor shall provide PV alongwith manufacturer test certificate of drain cover. 23 Cleaning of blocked rain water pipe of dia 100-150 mm near path and drain and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 24 Dismantling of existing mild steel work of any description or in any location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 25 S&F MS Angle iron as in posts and struts ande strips in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (securing with mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or reveiting etc and similar works conforimng to Fe 290 (Gde-E-165 quality B). Note:-Post/Sttruts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to exsisting angle iron bracket of securtity wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundry wall by using gen sets or any alternate arrangement. 26 M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, for drain, rain water harvesting pit, etc., with ends of bar shoulder &/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron door, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways; railings; framed work of water tank, for portions frames and hungs as gates, including pintle hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 GDE -E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 27 M&L in repair welded wire mesh/expended metal not exc 4Kg per Sqm, cut to length bent shape required and tying with and including annealee mould steel wire not less than .9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel stepals supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members. 28 S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or type at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc as directed 29 S&F in repair chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type including line wires, any mesh, standard rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binidng wire all as specified and directed. 30 S&F in repair 950/ 610/ 450 mm dia concertina coil of reinforced punched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5 mm high tensile steel wire incluidng galvanized MS staples/ clips for tying at crossing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . 31 M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces of applying two coat of sythetic enemul paint over one coat of red oxide any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described. 32 M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respect as specified and directed. 33 Taking down broken/ unserviceable RCC jali from boundary wall at any height and any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 34 M&L for precast cement concrete typeB-0, 1:2:4, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and Jallies, 25 mm thick including all moulding at any height of bldg set in cement sand mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note:- Rate inclusive of all arrangement for scalfolding and safety precautions). 35 Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. 36 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar in two layer (under layer 10 mm thick and upper layer 5 mm thick) CM 1:4 on brick/concretesurfaces of wall, fair faces and other than fair faces mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately. 37 M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement 4 coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping complete all as speacified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge. (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge 39 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. 40 M&L for preparation of new undecorated plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint (CBP) over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 41 M&L for preparation of old pastered or unplastered decorated surfaces of walls, chajjas, sooffits of chajjas, slab projection and cornices, filling cracks/ hole with wall care putty and applying two coat fo cement base paint by smart periodical methodolgy/ auto roller, complete all as specifeid and directed by Engr-in-charge. 42 Removing of existing drain covers from drains and cleaning and refixing at the same places, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 43 Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises from the MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 44 M&L 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 40mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. 45 M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in PCC coping including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and theroating etc or of similar type of work including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 46 M&L Chequred cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 cm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement rounded edge fixed in position and pointed in CM 1:4 and finishing exposed surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 49 M&L for preparation of newly concrete surace exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two caots of synthetic enamel paint in two colour over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 50 Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. 51 M & L for Granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick(table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platform, verticle surfaces and any positionin cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl screed bed15 mm thick in CM 1:6 incl chamfering and rounding of edges where requiredall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 52 M&L for 20mm thick Dholpur Stone Cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of stone size n exc 0.5Sqm each fixed with and including one number SS clamp Gde-202 of flat 30x2mm long made to shape in each slab, making v groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling holes for hold fastners and finishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 53 M&L for repairs to existing Dholpur stone by removing and refixing with morter in CM 1:4 and fixing of dash fastner including drilling holes one No in each stone and fixing to hold the existing stone complete all as specified and
