    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Liquidation Of Defects On Hull And Electrical Equipments Onboard Icgs C-149 And Icgs C-153; Liquidation Of Defects On Hull And Electrical Equipments Onboard Icgs C-149 And Icgs C-153; No; Buyer Premises L-26- Ventilation of engine room not shut down in auto mode during open of nitrogen cylinder box door of FM 200 system. DI/DR to be carried out and performance to be proved for initial trial protocol. C-153 L-42- Main DA (Make: M/s Caterpillar, Alternator make: Leroy Somer) paralleling operation from main switchboard (Make: Marine Electricals) in Auto/Manual mode not working. Defect to be rectified and system to proved for satisfactory operation. H-16 steel wire rope of Gemini winch and boat davit Deteriorated/rested due to aging and inclement weather conditions. Same to be renewed as per size and sample. (Qty: 02 Nos, Length: 25 Mtr, Dia: 08 mm). Following jobs include: 1. Dismantling of steel wire from securing roller. 2. Renewal of steel wire rope along with thimble eye and refitment at securing roller Gemini winch and boat davit motor. 3. Hooks to be renewed for hoisting of Gemini and water scooter. 4. Load test certificate to be provided for SWL of 340 kg. L-008 Flood sensors are directly mounted on to ship’s frames/plates without distance clamps. Provisioning of distance clamp with sensors is to be carried out by welding. (Qty: 07 Nos, Material: Aluminium. Post completion of job, flood sensors to be proved for satisfactory operation Total Quantity :
