Tender For Si Works For Led Bollard Lights In Different Locations At Iiser-Kolkata Mohanpur Campus; 1 Supply & fixing of IP65 decorative Bollards made of Die casted and extruded Aluminum Body & Poly Carbonate Diffuser of Minimum 1 moter height with E-27/B-22 Holder & with RGB Remote controlled 12-16 watt LED B 22 (Pin type)/E-27 (Screw type) bulb having lumen output efficiency >80 lm/watt of approved make and having base plate with holes for direct mounting in foundation ,Make-Crompton,Bajaj,Orient,equivalent 2 Making of PCC Circular foundation of dimesion size-200 MM and 450 MM depth with Gr M 20 PCC reinforcement for mounting of Bollard lighting . Civil Work:1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size),sufficient size conduit PVC pipe for cable entry & exit for loop-in,loop-out of cable to the inside offoundation , foundation nut - bolts of the bollard light shell be grouted in the foundation . The works will be completed withwith 2 coats of finishedexterior plastic emulsion paint including plaster, putti etc. as required for smooth surface foreach foundation. Earthing of foundation of each bollards will be completed with 25X6 mm 600 mm long GI Strip gruoting. 3 Laying of one number 1.1 KV grade , XLPE insulated insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured power cable of 3CX6 sq.mmdirect in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective brick covering and refilling the trench etc as required Bidder should note that the quoted rates must be inclusive of cutting ,cleaning and removal of unwanted grarss bushes,creepers small plants/trees,through out the running length area duringrespective cable laying,as per the requirement and as per the direction of the Engineer In-Charge.
