Tender For M/O Completed Scheme Under Narela Zone. S.H :- Operation & Preventive Maintenance Of Each 3000 Lph R.O. Plant In Pocket-6 And 7, Sector G-7/G8, Narela.; 1 Day to Day running, operation and maintenanceof 2 no. R. O. plant 3000 LPH (1 shift) by skilled operator complete including providing and applying necessary anti scalant dosing chemical, cleaning process chemicals and PH booster chemical of standard quality and quantity.The water shall be purified for the drinking purpose as per BIS/DJB norms and as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge (The payment shall be made as per 8 working hours per day recorded in log book). 2 Replacement of media for R. O. Plant 3000 LPH by removing old media and providing and laying required material in proper layer and packing including requried labour etc. as per requirement of plant and as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge. (to be replaced in every 6 months) 3 Replacement including providing and fixing micron cartridge filter of reputed brand and manufacturer for both 3000 LPHRO. Completed as per direction of engineer in charge. 4 Replacement of membranes of size 8x 40 including P/F in plant (twice in whole period of maintenance, contractor shall replace newly laid membrane if found out of order during running, in operation period.) 5 Testing of RO waterfor chemical and Biological test from DDA approved lab as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Apply GST correction Factor of 0.973=2260136.94 7 Conditions:-i) The tenderer are advised to visit the site/RO plants before submitting their rates.ii) The RO plants shall be operate continuously in 1 shift and no holiday shall be allowed. iii) The plants are good and are in running condition any damage caused by negligence shall be responsibility of contractoriv) The plants shall be taken back by the department is good and in running condition after expiry of the contract period.v) If the water from DJB gets available the contract may be terminated and no claim of any type shall be entertained by the department.vi) The tenderer should have experience for running, operation & maintenance of such type of plants and a certificate for satisfactory completion & maintenance of notbe less than 3000 LPH plant capacity for two no. of such work on regular basis in last five year and shall be required to be furnished at the time of offer.vii) The tender shall be closed when the water services will be handed over to DJB without any compensation.
