Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Genr Sets And Distribution Transformers Of Bn Hq 33 Ar At Keithelmanbi; 1 Schedule A Part- I (Repair of transformer) 2 Repairing ofexisting transformer 1x250 KVAincludingwith following spares:- (a) Dismantling/disconnectingof transformer servicing chargesincl necessary spares which are urgent required to made functional of transformer, including transportation charges, including reassembling, tap changer setting, and after repairing re-installation, testing and commissioning at site complete. 3 Ditto as above Item but (b) Filteration of existing old transformers oil 4 Ditto as above Item but (c) Supplying and toping up new transformer oil with desirable limit. 5 (d) Replacement of old UNSV silica gel, breather assembly, bush washer, check nuts etc complete. 6 Ditto as above Item but (e) Painting of transformer with synthetic enamel paint with two coat of approved brand. 7 Repairing ofexisting transformer 1x100 KVAincludnigwith following spares:- (a) Dismantling/disconnecting of transformer including transportation charges, servicing charges incl necessary spares which are urgent required to made functional of transformer,including reassembling and after repairing re-installation, testing and commissioning at site complete 8 Ditto as above Item but (b) Filteration of existing old transformes oil 9 Ditto as above Item but (c) Supplying of new transformer oil with desirable limit. 10 (d) Replacement of old UNSV silica gel, breather assembly, bush washer, check nuts etc complete. 11 Ditto as above Item but (e) Painting of transformer with synthetic enamel paint with two coat of approved brand. 12 Schedule A Part- II (Repair of Genr Set) 13 Maintenance/ oil servicing of DG set 15 KVA as required for normal functioning both electrical and mechanical following spare parts and repair if required incl replacement of all filters i.e. fuel filter spin on type, air filter, oil filters, change of engine oil as required, radiator servicing,batteries, startup items etc. and make sure that exhaust smoke(Level/colour) as per standard incl cost of testing of all controls & commissioning and 180days warranty of all services for DG set 2x15 KVA.Note:- The major spares measure and paid separately under relative items and minor spares which are not including but required to make functional the DG set shall be included in quoted rate. 14 (a) Supplying and replacement of engine stopper (solenoid switch). 15 (b) Supplying and replacement of relay and repair of panel box. 16 (c) Supplying and replacement of output contactor switch of panel box 17 (d) Supplying and replacement of oilfilter spin on type 18 (g) Supplying and replacement of fuel filter element set 19 (k) Supplying and replacement of fuel pipe set 20 (l) Supplying and replacement of Engine cooling fan belt 21 (m) Repair/rewindingof self starter/dynamo incl replacement of dynamo belt 22 (n) Repair/replacement of injector/nozzle 23 (o) Repair of fuel injector pump (F.I.P.) 24 (p) Repair of panel box including electrical wiring. 25 Maintenance/ servicing and overhauling and changing of all the wornoutparts of DG set 125 KVA as required for normal functioning both electrical and mechanical following spare parts and repair if required incl replacement of all filters i.e. fuel filter spin on type, air filter, oil filters, change of engine oil as required, radiator servicing,batteries, startup items etc. and make sure that exhaust smoke(Level/colour) as per standard incl cost of testing of all controls & commissioning and 180days warranty of all services.Note:- The major spares measure and paid separately under relative items and minor spares which are not including but required to make functional the DG set shall be included in quoted. 26 (a) Supplying and replacement of piston ring set std. 27 (b) Supplying and replacement of piston. 28 (c) Repair of engine head incl lath work valve grinder etc. 29 (d) Supplying and replacement of engine head gasket and joint/ gasket set. 30 (e) Supplying and replacement of engine head valve oil seal set 31 (f) Supplying and replacement of main bearing set 05 pairs 32 (g) Supplying and replacement of CR bearing set 33 (h) Supplying and replacement of fuel filter element set 34 (j) Supplying and replacement of oilfilter spin on type 35 (k) Supplying and replacement of fuel pipe set 36 (l) Supplying and replacement of Engine cooling fan belt 37 (m) Repair/rewindingof self starter/dynamo incl replacement of dynamo belt 38 (n) Repair/replacement of injector/nozzle 39 (o) Repair of fuel injector pump (F.I.P) 40 (p) Repair of panel box 41 SCHEDULE `A PART-III (Schedule of Credit) 42 Credit of Amount (i.e minus): All unserviceable Items retrived from DG Setare the property of contractor
