Tender For M/O Completed Scheme Under Narela Zone.S.H :- Repair Of Pump Houses In Bawana Jj Colony Under Jurisdiction Of Npd-1.; 1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means includingdisposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalentdesign mix) 2 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means includingstacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materialwithin 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood)shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete andstacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres 4 Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering andstacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removalof form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts 6 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mixcement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarseaggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, PortlandPozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures inrecommended proportions as per 1S: 9103 to accelerate / retard settingof concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairingstrength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriagefor all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing andreinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the followinggrades of concrete.:Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement contentin design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content indesign mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content,the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear thecost of extra cement. 7 5.33.1.1 : upto Plinth level - Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cementcontent of 330 kg /cum 8 5.33.2.1 : above Plinth level - Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cementcontent of 330 kg /cum 9 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level inall shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 10 12 mm cement plaster : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 11 15 mm cement plaster : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 12 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) 13 Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approvedbrand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works 14 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitableshade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 15 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified gradeexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived fromnatural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mmnominal size derived from natural sources) 16 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D ormore. 17 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D ormore. 18 Note: The contractor shall be bound to follow any directions, if given, by honrable high court of Delhi.
