Procurement Of Spares Parts For Gr-1000/Triplex/Ground Master And Allied Items For The Financial Year 2025-26 At Rsgc, Srinagar- 1 Supply,testing and commissioning of 11 Blade Reel assembly for Triplex 3250-D : The system must be with the following technical specifications: 1. Reel Type: 11-blade, high-precision reel assembly. 2. Blade Material: Hardened, high-carbon steel or equivalent andthe system must be Corrosion-resistant with long operational life. 3. Blade Pitch and Geometry: Optimized blade angle for fine turf mowing and Precision-ground for accurate height of cut. 4. Bearing & Shaft Assembly: Heavy-duty bearings pre-installed with Shaft properly aligned and balanced for vibration-free operation. 5. Performance: Designed for high-quality cut on fine turf surfaces like golf course greens and tees and zero turf stress and ensures clean clipping. 6. Balancing: Dynamically balanced to reduce vibration and enhance mower performance. 7. Warranty: Minimum 3-year manufacturing warranty against defects. 8. The Equipment must work in clock wise direction for efficient cutting operation. 9. The Reel must get sharpened through on board backlapping system in anticlock wise direction. 2 Supply, testing and commissioning of Engine System for Workman Programme Logical Control System with following technical Specifications: A:TheEngine System must have three cylinder diesel Engine in series with forced lubrication system. The system must be 21 hp or above. B:The equipment must be in a position to activate thecentrifugal Clutch system for proper input to the spray nozzles in the right and left arms and central points. C:The Equipment must work for top dressing operations during the aeration process. D: The Equipment must be fitted with the starter Assembly for easy start. E: The Equipment must be with the Radiator Assembly. 3 Supply, testing, and commissioning of turf tyres of size 13.6-28, including a complete set with tube and rim system. The turf tyres must be designed to operate smoothly on turf grass without causing any damage. The entire system should be turf-friendly, ensuring low ground pressure. The system must be with the following technical specifications: 1. Tyre Type: Rear Turf Tyre with a turf-friendly design. Low ground pressure and wide footprint to ensure zero turf damage. 2. Tyre Size: 13.6-28 (Standard rear wheel fitment for turf applications). 3. Tube System: Heavy-duty natural rubber inner tube compatible with 13.6-28 tyre size, and equipped with valve and dust cap. 4. Rim System(Size): Compatible rim for 13.6-28 tyre with 28-inch diameter or equivalent. 5. Material: Heavy-duty mild steel with anti-rust coating. 6. Disc Type: Fixed disc rim with multi-hole bolt pattern to match tractor hub. 7. Surface Finish: Powder-coated or enamel painted. 8. Valve slot: Properly machined and reinforced. 9.
