    Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Portable X Ray Machine & Horizontal Autoclave Machine; Portable X Ray Machine-Olympics Medicare Brand & Horizontal Autoclave- Selvesion Pharm Brand; Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc); Quarterly; No 1. The contractor shall maintain the equipment in good working condition during the contract period and shall correct the fault and failure, repair or replace worn or defective parts of the equipment during normal working hours of the office ,where the equipment is installed. 2. Unserviceable parts will be handed over to HOD of used department/Store In-charge and same will be replaced with new original compatible parts of same machine after getting approval from competent authority. 3. The contractor shall ensure that the full configuration of the equipment is in proper working condition after repair and maintenance. 4. Preventive maintenance should be done Quarterly basis by qualified service engineer. 5. Maintenance service should be done within 48 hours of Breakdown call. 6. All spares should be verified by inspecting officer before installation. 7. Along with AMC , calibration of equipments should be done and submitted report for NABH/NABL accreditation.
