Attending routine maintenance/repair of electrical appliances in office buildings, colony area and water pump house at Hut bay including checking all area lights fittings in the lamp post/wharf/top of the buildings at Workshop,Store complex, Divisional office complex and departmental Guest house at Hut Bay, all the lights and fans fittings with the residential and non residential Buildings and operation of 125 KVA diesel generator set at divisional office complex, when ever the electricity department power failure and attending repair and maintenance as and when required and checking all connection in the pillar box, control panels, bus bar, UG cable connection main switch, timer etc., as per direction of EIC, excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost, but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour cess, GST etc complete.
