Tender For Construction Of Truck Lay Bye At I.A.Tikaria - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, upto 1km transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of 95% of proctor density. 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 3 Construction of dry lean cement concrete DLC Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1,Cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. 4 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel Jointed, plain cement pavement (PQC M -35) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg por cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished In a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing . 5 Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc, as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:12:3 (1 Cement: 1% coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 6 Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable matenal approved by the Engineer. The finished surface to be level, uniform and frce from streaks and holes rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T & P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. 8 Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block payment of grade M-30 having thickness 80 mm and including 25mm local send cushion below interlocking block as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 (Excluding G.S.B.) 9 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in- charge. 10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and stuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :4 coarse sand (zone -III) :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (nominal size) 11 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in- charge. 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and stuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand (zone -III) :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (nominal size) 13 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 14 Painting roofs or orther iron work in large area with one coat of ready mixed paint priming one coat of approved paint (British ANTISOL) including supply of all materials, labour & T & Petc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm 1.5.1. No. 103-1950. Coat for area of 650 sft. Priming coat. 15 Retro-ReflectiveSheeting type-Xl with 4 mm thick ACM Single Side Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both sidealuminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 The sheeting shall have a pressure - sensitive adhesive of the aggressive - tack type requiring no heat. solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
