Tender For Retrofitting To The 4Th Ward Sebathaiyapuram Main Road Anganvadi Building Toilet (Near Nallathani Kinaru ) In Sawyerpuram Town Panchayat.; 1 Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, levveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., in all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . 2 Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost curingetc., complete as per standard specification. 3 Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix (One part of cement, Five parts of sand) Using well burnt country bricks of size 8¾ x 4¼ x 2¾ including cost and conveyance of the brick at site including cost of cement and all other incidental charges and labour charges etc. complete for foundation and basement T.N.D.S.S.No.31 4 Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). 5 SupplyingandFabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,.
