Tender For Prvon Of 82.5 Kva Gen Sets In Gen Bipin Joshi Auditorium At Mil Stn Sgnr; 1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Silent type (accoustic enclosure type as per NBC 2016), as per CPCB- IV+ compliant or latest CPCB norm, Diesel engines shall be as per MOEF (MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE) notification dtd. 3rd November 2022.Diesel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 82.5 KVA, 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire 0.8 power factor and 1500 RPM at NTP electrical start, directly coupled and mounted on common base frame with coupling of suitable size to water cooled turbo charged diesel engine of suitable BHP as per IS: BS5514 / ISO 3046 and alternator as per IS-13364, IS/IEC:60034-1 complete with foundation, AVM pads, control panel, fuel tank of suitable capacity with fuel lines of heavy duty MS pipe duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and suitable batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer fixed on angle iron frame with necessary meters and sound proof canopy and separate battery charging system of suitable capacity with all standard accessories, tool box and tools as provided by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. 2 (A) Prime Mover: Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled,Radiator mounted close circuit as per BS 649 , IS 10002 , ISO- 8528 or equivalent direct injection type turbo charged. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hours on full load. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as permanufacturers recommendation and mounted on common base frame with following:-(a) RPM cum Hour meter(b) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator(c) Ignition and starting keys with push button switch(d) Lubricating oil pressure gauge, oil and water temperature gauges(e) Batteries as recommended by manufacturer with battery leads of suitable size of copper cable(f) Self starter motor of suitable capacity(g) PCC Foundation for Generating set as per recommendation of manufacturer(h) Exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope for thermal insulation(j) Exhaust silencer industrial type to maintain noise level(k) Over speed indication(l) Low lubrication, oil trip indication(m) Engine Hours indication(n) Digital Amp meter and Voltmeter 3 (B) Alternator:- Synchronous alternator of rating 82.5 KVA DG set, 3 phase, 50 cycle, 415 volts, 4 wire AC supply 0.8 PF at NTP for running at 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated, screen protected, brushless type mounted on common base frame coupled with above Engine. The alternator shall be conforming to IS 60034-1 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F/H insulation.Note:-DG losses, monitoring as per ECBC 2017 Standard and must be BEE 3 star rated minimum.(C) Contol Panel and AMF Panel:- Control panel and AMF panel, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet and powder coated painted internally and externally complete with copper bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming / outgoing terminals control wiring with copper cable of suitable size for DG set including all engine and alternator control switches and indicator as per manufacturer design and comprising of the following:-(a) MCCBs of 125 Amps capacity, 415 Volts, 4 pole, 16 KA for incoming/outgoing with over load and short circuit protections - 03 Nos(b) Voltmeter and Ammeter with selector switches and CTs of suitable capacity(c) Power factor and frequency, RPM, running hours counter, water tempreture, lub oil pressure meters(d) Indicating lamps (LED type) to indicate RYB and for load on and set running battery charger ON(e) Failure indication (LED type) over/ under speed, fail to start, low oil pressure, battery charger failure(f) Engine start and stop push buttons(g) Battery charging indicator lamp – 01 No 4 (h) Instrument fuses and control wiring – 01 set(j) Auto / Manual test switch – 01 No(k) Under Voltage relay – 01 No(l) Digital electronic multification metre (Timer) – 01 No(m) Over load relay(n) By pass arrangement with rotary by pass switch AC 4 pole suitable Amp rating to isolate AMF Panel.(o) Four pole power contactor of suitable capacity for 82.5 KVA DG Set.(p) Automatic Battery Charger - 01 No, SMPS based inbuilt, auto/ manual and float/ boost facility.(q) Microprocessor based power command control for DG set monitoring, metering and control having protection of over current short circuit, high / low voltage, under/ over frequency, reverse power, excitation protection, field failure relay, differential relay complete all as specified and directed. 5 (D) Fuel Tank:- Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturers instructions suitable to store for 12 hours running of DG set mounted inside accoustic enclosure and including all fuel connection lines with heavy duty MS pipe from fuel tank to DG set as per manufacturer designs.(E) Base frame and Installation:- Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement, which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendation of manufacturer.(F) Exhaust system:- Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhausts silencer and exhaust gases treatment system as per CPCB IV+ compliant or latest norms.(G) Starting System:- As recommended by Manufacturer DC starting comprising of starter motors.(H) Voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos of batteries as required as per specification.(I) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications.Note:- Contractor shall submit test report of engine and alternator as per Indian Standard IS 10000, IS 10001 and IS 4889: 1968. However if engine and alternator are tested more stringently (compared to IS 10000, IS 10000-1 1980, IS 13364 and IS 4889: 1968), then the parameters where the greater stringency has been applied should be declared by the manufacturer in the test report.Contractor shall submit CPCB compliance report/ certificate for complete DG set. 6 Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32X6 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means ofGI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe.
