Removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth as per specifeied and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted concrete/runway surface by removal of existing paint/treatment by scraping, rubbing & washing and painting to lines, dashes, arrow, letter etc over 10cm in width or girth with Aqua base, fast drying runway making paint (TT-P-1952F) , white, orange, yellow or black colour manually, not less than 300 micron dry thickness and applying simulaneously dispensed type i glass beads (BS 6088B) @ 300 complete grames/Sqm as per manufacutures insturction with all necessay arrangement complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: STP Ltd (shalimark \"W\") or equivalent brand as approved.

M & L for repair to broken edges of joints, pot holes etc with epoxy mortar of existing concrete slab by forming square/ rectangular grooves with mechanical cutter wider towards top bottom top form key with existing concrete surface and cleaning / dusting to grooves by using compressed air to remove all dirts/ dust by air blower and repair with applying two coats of epoxy primer under the epoxy mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting and racking out joints with cutter and cleaning with blower and making sides of joints bitumen free for all joints andsealing the joints with single component polyurethene based sealant Seal N Flex FC of M/s Bostik/ Fosroc/ Cipy/ Sika, over a coat of N49 primer of M/s Bostik/ Fosroc/ Cipy/ Sika, includingback up filler sheet, bond breaker caulked tightly into the base of sealing groove complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr in charge for the following size of jointsMake : Bostik/Fosroc/Cipy/Sika or as per make approved by E in C\"s branch.
