Tender For Repair To Internal Road At Jak Li Rtc Dhansal Under Ge (Army) Dhar Road, Udhampur; 1 Material & Labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep complete as all specified and directed. 2 Material & Labour for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) by 40% weight of total mix, material transported in tipped (covered) vehicle and laid with sensor paver and compacted to required camber and gradient with tendem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material & Labour for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mug etc, sweepng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material & Labour for bituminous semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight to total mix (paving bitumen VG-30) laid with sensor paver and material transported in tipped (covered) vehicled and compacted to required camber and gradient with tendem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. . 5 Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in any type of soil for berms complete all as specified and directed 6 Material & Labour for moorum filling in pavings, laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed to form uniform and consolidated surfaces with and including watering complete all as specified and diracted. 7 Demolition of brick works/ stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excl, ashler facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for brick work with old size sub class B burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plant exc 6m mean radious, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2;4 typr B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copping, benching incl, weaterhing slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 10 Rendering 15mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces or brick work or cement concrete surfaces with using integral waterprofing compound including fiishing the surface even and smooth without using cement complete all as specified and directed. 11 supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specifed and directed. 12 Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred complete all as specified and directed.
