Note 2 :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be for complete finished work including cost of all labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants, cartage, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. All works shall be executed as per drawings and instructions of Site in-charge and shall include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which may be required to fulfill the intent and purpose as laid down in the drawings. All materials shall be as per ISI specification and with IS certification marked wherever applicable. The material shall be duly approved by Site in-charge before incorporation in the actual work. | 4 | ULTRASONIC HUMIDIFIERSupplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Ultrasonic humidifier, of suitable capacity complete with stainless steel tank with float valve, water makeup, overflow and drain connections. The transducer shall be interlocked with float switch, supplied with humidifier, and humidistat with necessary supports by MS structural steel if required, hangers, clamp supports from walls, floors and ceiling with painting with one coat of primer and two coats of paint to supports of MS work.COOLING TOWERSupply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Induced draft counter flow, vertical discharge type FRP Cooling tower of suitable capacity with ultra-violet treated durable & highly efficient PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators, open pan suitable for water distribution complete with hot FRP water basin. The hot water shall be distributed to fills in each cell via open type gravity type basin or with spray nozzles or having self rotatingsprinklers.Coolingtowershallbeprovidedwithstaticallyand dynamically balanced one no. anti corrosion treated axial flow type fan –direct driven or driven through special beveled reduction gear box with TEFC induction flame proof motor with IP-65 protection, IE-2, suction screen, make up and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections and suitable inspection hot-dipped galvanized ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, anti vibration mountings etc complete as required. The unit shall be installed at proper foundation as per requirements. (Civil foundation works is included in the scope of work). |

| 15 | ELECTRICAL WORKS(i) The outgoing feeders as indicated in Schedule of works shall have suitable range of followings (except capacitor feeders).(ii) All Digital electronic MFM cum KWH meter where provided shall equipped with three phase indicating lamps. (iii) 415/110V suitable rating control transformer shall be provided for aux. control supply(iv) Wiring with space heater, thermostat and control MCB\"s shall be provided for all vertical sections of main LT panel.(v) All incoming as well as outgoing feeders shall have pad locking facility.(vi) Suitable danger board shall be provided.(vii) All MCCB’s shall be provided with front rotary handle and operating mechanism for door interlock with Pad locking of MCCB’s handles in “OFF” Position.(viii) All hinged door shall be earthed through 2.5 sq mm tinned braided copper wire.(ix) Panels shall be Powder Coated with gray paint shade no. RAL-7032 of IS-5.(x) Minimum Degree of protection for following type of distribution panel enclosure shall be as per IS:60439.(xi) All motor feeders MCCBs shall be of motor duty.(xii) Supporting/Base rigid steel framework.(xiii) TPN MCCB’s shall mean 3 pole MCCB’s with adequate size of neutral link.(xiv) Final rating & various parameter, in addition to the specified below shall be selected on the bases of ambient conditions at site, client specific requirements, requirement for the NOC from various statutory authorities, as per detail designed stage calculations.(xv) Each Panel incomers/outgoings shall be provided with suitable contacts/terminals to receive the Al. Conductor cables given in the latter section.(xvi) All Panel shall be minimum IP-54 for Indoor environment except for outdoor conditions those are mentioned separately. |

In case of absenteeism of any Operator in a shift/ duty , double the amount of Shifts will be recovered from the contractor.xiii. After completion of work contractor shall return all the temporary passes to AF authorities and certificate to be obtained & the same be enclosed with final bill.xiv. Contractor shall obtain a Affidavit from all deployed Operators that they are deployed temporary by the contractorthrough outsourcing & they have no legal binding/ with department regarding/employment/permanency of job. Any court cases due to accident/ break of jobs/compensation occurring due to any labour conflict during the contract period is to be dealt by contractor only.xv. The age of all deployed operators should be 18 to 60 years old.xvi. Operator will use their own conveyance to reach duty place/ locations.xvii. Running of plant will be made by the contractor covering three shifts of 08 hours failing which recovery of quoted rate per shift will be made.In addition, a penal recovery two times of quoted rate per shift will be made. |
