Tender For Camouflage Painting To Bldgs In Domestic Area At Af Stn Suratgarh; 1 BOQ (CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING TO BLDGS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN SURATGARH) 2 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls of any height including raking out joints/hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge 3 Demolition of Brickwork masonry built in cement mortar. Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge 4 M&L for brickwork with subclass B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed 5 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 (except bricks) completeall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Bricks retrieved from items No 2 shall be reused after proper cleaning. 6 M&L 15 mm thick Renderingin CM 1:4 using Liquid water proofing Compound on brick masonry or other than fair faces of brick wk & finishing the surfaces even & fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately). 7 Material and labourforroughcastplasterwithamixtureconsistingofcrushed stone or fine gravel aggregate of size 6 to 8mm as directed, mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1, finshed even over rendering with under coat 15mm thick cement and sand mortar 1:3. Complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound. Complete all as specified and directed. 9 M & L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting, scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes, cleaning with water and allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as in antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of binding coat of epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surface of concrete to be gunited and applying a layer of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia. of wire and aperture 75mm. Total thickness of guinting n exc. 40mm and finally applying cement plaster over guinting surface of required thickness to give even surface as in side, soffits to slab, chajjas, facia, parapets, lintels, columns and beams complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, chasing to brick work or RCC members at any height including removal of all small trees /shrubs etc. Complete all as specfied and as directed . 10 M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces, over 10 cm in width or girthand applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) in approved camofloug pattern using multiple colours with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including average layer 2mm thick acrylic wall putty to achieve desired smoothness and eveness surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed. 12 M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall/ceiling incl pillars etc. and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces by mechanical means as per manufacturers specification. Compele all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. 13 NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 10 & 11 of BOQ.(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by contractor using Roller / mechanized equipments and the materials ie Exterior Emulsion Paint, Distemper, Putty etc after approved by the GE.(b) Cost of scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures as per site requirement shall be included in the quoted rate.(c) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc as per site requirement.(d) Work in patches and in narrow/ widths, bands, cornices, plasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(e) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc drops and splashes of paint to be cleared to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge(g) Removing and existing furniture for painting work and replacing the same post painting work, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc. (h) Sample patch of 10 sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodicals and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. 14 List of Bldgs-350 to 358, 544-547, 46 to 50, 305 to 316, GYM,SMC, 876-882, 100 to107, 318 to 349, SBI, 259 to 260, 776, 697 to 700, P-708, P-383,T-50,T-95,T-98, T-99, P-672 to 678, P-680, P-685 to 690, P-692 to 694, P-666, P-667, P-670, P-875-876, TRS 333-336, TRS 1-4, 196, T-37 (1 to 12) & P-697 to P-700 etc 15 Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary of tender documents.
