Tender For Provision Of Security Wall Under Ge (N) Akhnoor; 1 Steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate and top cover welded with pole, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC, earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. 2 Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply,laying, jointing, testing and commissioning aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, GI strip or wire armoured and overall PVC sheathed, heavy duty, 1100 volts grade in trenches/on surface of wall/ in DWC pipe including dressing and clamping the cable with MS Zinc Passivated clamps and fixing suitable thimbles/lugs including cable glands of suitable size etc; for following cross sectional area of cable complete all as specified and directed. 4 Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core 5 Cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4 core 6 FRLSH PVC insulated & un-sheathed single core multistranded copper conductor of size 1 sqmm, drawn through street light poles duly making the hole upper and down both place and connection the street light to DB box complete all as specified and directed. 7 GI tubing, light grade, 15mm bore with necessary fittings for protection of cable, fixed along pole etc; complete all as specified and directed. 8 GI tubing light grade 40mm bore with necessary fittings for protection of cable, fixed along pole etc;complete all as specified and directed. 9 GI bracket pipe of size 32mm dia, medium grade, 1.2 mtr long, bent to shape, hot or cold suitable for street light fitting and making the one end of GI pipe bracket suitable for fixing of street light fittings of any type/sizeand the GI bracket pipe shall be fixed on wall/pole, steel/PCCsurfaces by providing suitable MS iron 25x4 mm clamps 2 nos of length as required at site to the bracket pipe and painting to MS clampsand fixing with necessary suitablenuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and directed. 10 Loop in and loop out box pole mounted out door type hot press moulded SMC junction box of inside dimension not less than 300mmx300mmx150mm and outer dimension of 400mmx400mmx200mm with locking arrangement suitable for 240V, 50Hz including MCB, SP, of 6 Amp, capacity, fixed with 4 No aluminium busbar of 6 Amp rating for three/single phase with neutral, powder coated in siemens grey colour including clamp for fixing with steel pole complete all as specified and directed. 11 Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode600mmx600mmx6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15 type B1 in pit with angle iron (25x25x3)mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point etc. in and including light grade GI protection pipe 20mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note:- On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction. 12 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of control station, capable to control 230 Volts, supply with the control relays & contractors for street light application. Panel is made up of 1.6mm CRCA sheet powder coated with seven step process chemical treatment & coated with RACL 7032 siemens greay code, panel should have one key lock, arrangement or digital door lock to prevent unauthorized operation. The panel should have adequate space to handle future expention for CPU controlling with logical control relays. The panel should be complete including following material1. Phase indicator RYB 220V LED type -03 No.2. Auto to manual control system or vice verca-01 No.3. Contractor 63A, 220V, AC 3(per phase) - 9 No4. 1.5KW sensor/timer based automatic switch - 9 No5. Control MCB/fuse (single phase) - 9 No6. Bus bar aluminium 20 A, 3 phase, 4 wire7. MCB 6A SP - 9 No.8. The system should be compatable with PLC system through wireless/hardwire connection with the existing SSLC thrugh control cables. The system is capable to control all the three phase saperately/independently or of all three phases at a single time. This system works as a slave to the master controller SSLC and should be complete in all respects including all electrical/electronic hardware or software. 13 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out in all kind of soil (the excavated soil) anddisposal of surplus excavated soil, within a lead of 50m complete all as specified and directed. 14 Returning, filling in, any type of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed. 15 Double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 40mm (OD/ID) including snap fit coupler conforming to IS14930 (Pt-II) IS16205 (Pt-II) for protection of cable in underground complete all as specified and directed. 16 Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type B-1, using 20mm gradedcrushedstone aggregate, as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses, coping,benching, kerb, benching, bed plates and the likeincluding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm gradedcrushedstone aggregate, as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses, coping,benching, kerb, benching, bed plates and the likeincluding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil, within a lead of 50m complete all as specified and as directed. 20 100mm thick, plain cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, path/hardstanding etc;finished even and rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade,laying over and including 25mm thick sand cushion including watering and ramming (Compacted) and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. 22 Hard core of broken stone or boulders gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 23 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth but not exceeding 1.5m in depth, exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out in any type of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed byEngineer-in charge 24 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth but not exceeding 1.5m in depth, exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in any type of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 3m, as directed byEngineer-in charge 25 Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified. 26 Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter for fair finished surface, complete all as specified and directed. 27 Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 28 Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified and as directed. 29 MS TMT bars10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and directed. 30 MS TMT bars6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and directed. 31 Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over acoat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed. 32 PVC (SWR) pipes, grade B, 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches/floors, complete all as specified and as directed. 33 Mild steel works as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 35 Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed. 36 Punched tape concertina coil as per latest IS 6745-1972 with galvanised coating and punched type material as per IS deep drawn quality with galvanised coating having medium barbs fixed in position and secured to fence posts/straining Y- arm stretched to a length so as to achieve 600mm dia as in fencing including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips fixed at any height of security fence including necessary scaffolding complete all as directed.Size of Coil: 600mm dia and 2.5mm core wire thick.Type of strip: Heavy galvanised conforming to IS 1730 (1989).Type of core wire: Heavy galvanised conforming to IS 280-2006.
