Tender Fir Providing And Supplying & Erecting Of Surge Anticipating Valve With Double Chambered Oblique Y/Globe Pattems Shall Be A Hydraulically Operated, Offline, Diaphragm Actuated Control Valve, Which Shall Have Two Pilots, One Shall Sense Line Pressure And Open In Response To A Pressure Drop Associated With Abrupt Pump Stoppage And Shall Dissipate The Returning High Pressure Wave, Eliminating The Surge And Shall Smoothly Close Drip Ight As Quickly As The Relief Feature Allows, Thereby Preventing Closing Surge And Shall Also Relieve Excessive System Pressure. The Valve Shall Have Central Flow Stem Assembly Which Limits The Opening Stroke Of A Control Valve For Safety Ensured Mechanical Closure And Shall Have A Raised Seat Assembly Having Solid Guided Plug With Elastomeric Nbr/Epdm Sealing Element. The Control System Shall Consist Of Direct Acting. The Working Of Valve Shall Be As Per The Pilot Seting, Self Operated That Should Work Without And External Source Of Power For Regulation Of Valve And Also Shall Be Capable Of Accepting Electric Override Using Dc Powered Solenoid To Be Energized Through Ups Based Plc / Controller.
