    Tender For De Novo Transcriptome Analysis Of Unknown Sequences Of Dicot Shrubs, Deliverables Should Include- I. Rna Extraction And Qc, Library Preparation, Sequencing Using Lllumina Platform (6~7 Gb Data/Sample), Q30>80% And Analysis ,Raw Data To Be Provided And Report Delivery. ii. The NGS grade RNA to be extracted by using specific kit, qualification and quantification of RNA to be carried out by Agilent Tape station and Nanodrop/Qubit Fluorometer, two way screening using at least two reference genomes of one model plant and a dicot plant, iii. Library to be prepared by using standard library prep kit, Library validation to be carried out using High Sensitivity D1000 Screen tape using Agilent Tape Station. iv. Quality filtration of reads, Denovo assembly Summary statistics, CDS prediction, Functional annotation using NCBI NRdb, KEGG-pathway analysis, Gene ontology analysis, Wego plot, Differential gene expression analysis, Heat Map, Volcano. v. Assurance of analytical services free of cost upto atteast 3years.
