The above rates shall be considered for processing any variation, in case the need so arises, in the execution of the Contract. Percentage proportion of each station shall be calculated by dividing the total percentage proportion of Station Part by total no. of stations. Only increase/decrease in number of stations will be considered as variation based on the above percentage proportion of one station.

If there is arithmetical error in Grand total of any of the above works, it will be corrected as per the number and rates quoted above.

The payment for Schedule-A, B, C & D shall be made as per Annexures (for detailed activity wise breakup).

Length of viaduct mentioned in ITT Clause 1.2 is approximate. If there is a variation of (+/-) 10% in their respective lengths, will not affect the cost of item in Schedule A4 & B1. However, if there is a variation beyond (+/-) 10%, the cost will be increased/decreased in pro-rata basis for item in Schedule A4 & B1.
