Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Contract For Electrical Works At Hal Guest House Worli And Hal Guest House Kurla Operation and Maintenance Of Electrical Systems/Electrical Installations CONTRACT FOR ELECTRICAL WORKS AT HAL GUEST WORLI AND HAL GUEST HOUSE KURLA (CONTRACT NO. FN/C/25/12) CONTRACT FOR ELECTRICAL WORKS AT HAL GUEST WORLI AND HAL GUEST HOUSE KURLA (CONTRACT NO. FN/C/25/12) 1 Period of this contract will be Four Months from the date of Commencement of the Contract 2 The Contractor has to maintain the daily measurement of work done in Measurement Book. 3 The quantity mentioned in BOQ is tentative, which may increase or decrease as per Site requirements. Payment of bill shall be as per Actual Work done and Actual Measurement. 4 Contractor will be sole responsibility for the Safety of the workers employed by him. Safety Helmets, Safety Belts, any other Safety Equipments shall be supplied by Contractor to the persons deployed by him at Site during execution of the Contract work. HAL will not be responsible for any accidents/eventuality if occured on the work site.. Utmost care should be taken by the contractor while working and no damage should be caused to men, machinery or materials 5 Transport Arrangement for the men/materials will be arranged by Contractor at his own cost. 6 Contractor has to discuss about the daily Work Schedule prior to starting the daily work with HAL Engineer Incharge/ Representative for execution of work during the Contract Period. 7 8 Contractor/Party should be ready to work during day time and during working days as per HAL requirement. Before quoting the rates, contractors may visit the Work Site to assess the quantum of Work involved 9 Contractor has to arrange all the Tools and Tackles, Ladders etc to complete the contract work 10 Contractor or their authorized representative shall visit HAL Work Site whenever called by Engineer Incharge / HAL representative. 11 Contractor should have to approve the sample of Electrical Items inculded in the Contract from Engineer In-Charge prior to Supply and Installation of the same AT HAL Site. 12 During excavation, contractor have to take extreme care to avoid damages to existing underground network of cables /pipelines etc. However, if any damage occurs it will be contractors responsibilty to repair & make the system operational 13 Electricity required shall be provided by HAL free of cost.
