MTPS- II – Mill Plant Division – Cutting and removing the Existing worn-out/damaged seal air pipe lines from mill inside area, Replacing/reconditioning the worn-out portions, replacing the existing bearings by new one and reassembling the reconditioned seal air pipe lines for 2 Mills during AOH/COH 2025- 1 Charges for opening the man hole doors, Lifting of rollers & locking of rollers as per direction of Engg-in-charge including hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables. 2 Charges for dismantling the existing wornout/damaged seal air pipes 1 no from mill inside to outside mill repaire bay areaas per direction of Engg-in-charge including hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables. 3 Charges for transporting the existing wornout/damaged seal air pipes 3 nos from millrepaire bay area to outside workshop for reconditioing purpose and return to mill repair bay area as per direction of Engg-in-charge including hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables. 4 Charges for dismantling and cleaning the one no of seal air pipe parts ie., sealing plate (bottom& Top) ,steel pipes (bottom& Top), Compression ring, Plain radial bearings (Top & bottom) & wear sleeveincluding hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables. 5 Charges for cutting and dismantling the wear sleeve steel pipe assembly from the seal air pipe assembly, maching the inner wear sleeve to suit the wear sleeve pipe at the outer and inner bore to suit the spherical plain top radial bearing and after maching inner sleeve for interference fit inside the wear sleeve pipe and fitting inside the wear sleeve pipe using hyudraulic pressure fitting and fine polishing the inner side of the wear sleeve including charges for new wear sleeve material and other men and machineary charges, consumables & T&P charges etc., 6 Charges for cutting the comporession ring on both ends of the seal air pipe and dismantling the existing wornout spherical plain radial bearings at the top and bottom side of the seal air pipe, beraring cap squaresteel block, bearing housing etc., from the existing seal air pipe and providing new spherical plain radial bearings top 1 no, bottom spherical plain radial bearings with housing 1 no, fabrication and assembling of 1 no housing, providing 2 nos impression rings at the both ends of the seal air pipe, cutting and replacing the worout SS304 seal air pipe including all the charges for men and machinary, consumables and T&P charges etc., 7 Charges for refixing the seal air pipe 1 no in mill inside to outside mill repaire bay areaas per direction of Engg-in-charge including hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables. 8 Charges for unlocking of rollers & dropping of rollers, checking the alignment of seal air vertical pipes with loading frame and reassembling of RTD dummy & cover plates after reinstaling roller RTD cables, and closing of all the man hole doors and checking for any seal air leakagesas per direction of Engg-in-charge including hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables.
