    MTPS-II – Boiler Maintenance – Overhauling of ESP fields CRM & ERM Gear Boxes and its related works during annual overhaul -2025-26- 1 Dismantling, renewal of bearing & Gears and internals, reassembling of CRM gear boxes. This works involves complete dismantling of CRM gear box, cleaning all the internals, inspection, renewal of Bearings, Gears & internals if necessary and reassembling the same including consumables, lead, lift, T&P etc., 2 Dismantling, renewal of bearing & Gears and internals, reassembling of ERM gear boxes. This works involves complete dismantling of ERM gear box, cleaning all the internals, inspection, renewal of Bearings, Gears & internals if necessary and reassembling the same including consumables, lead, lift, T&P etc., 3 Labour Charges for dismantling ERM grip coupling, bearing housing, shaft, bearing & checking the bearing, bush, shaft, and renewal of worn-out bearing, reconditioning / replacing shaft, reassembling the same including consumables, lead, lift, T&P etc., 4 Cleaning the ERM insulator this works involves opening manhole doors , cleaning the insulator and closing all the manhole doors after inspection and other rectification work complete including hire charges T&P required, consumables and all labour charges etc.,
