Tender For Road Safety Work At Saujanya Chauraha Lakhimpur Under Road Safety. - Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of proporly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. size 38x90 cm as per lucknow circle SOR rate. 2 Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. (Maximum speed limit) size 60cm circular with definition as per lucknow circle SOR rate. 3 providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including rectrorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streaks and holes. as per lucknow circle SOR rate. 4 providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including rectrorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streaks and holes. Rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc and all T&P / machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. (MORT & H No 803) 5 Providing and fixing of retro refectories cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminum shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. as per lucknow circle SOR rate. 6 Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road Stud) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-imoact Polystyrene) or Acryloniitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost.
