MTPS-II - M-I Circle - BM - Supply and erection of Turn over panel clip assembly for alignment of 30 Nos Final reheater coil inlet & outlet tubes of bottom area, (Coils No: 31 to 60) from LH side of boiler inter pass area during forthcoming AOH / COH period 25 - 26- 1 Supply of Turn over panel clip assembly for alignment of 30 Nos of Final reheater coil inlet & outlet tubes of bottom area, coil No: 31 to 60 Nos from LH side of boiler inter pass area (1 set consists of Arresting of Bar - 2 Nos, Locking pin - 9 Nos, Holding clamp - 03 Nos) 2 Supply of Horizontal plate with holding pin for Horizontal alignment of Final reheater coil inlet & outlet tubes of bottom area No: 31 to 60 Nos from LH side of boiler inter pass area 3 Erection of Turn over panel clip assembly with leading, lifting, holding, positioning for proper alignment of 30 Nos Final reheater coil inlet & outlet tubes of bottom area, Coil No: 31 to 60 Nos from LH side of boiler inter pass area.i.e., leading, lifting, holding, positioning, welding the arresting bar, locking pin & holding clamp in Turn over panel clip assembly for alignment of 30 Nos Final reheater coil inlet & outlet tubes of bottom area, Coil No: 31 to 60 Nos from LH side of boiler inter pass area., 4 Erection of Horizontal plate with holding pin with leading, lifting, holding, positioning for proper Horizontal alignment of 30 Nos Final reheater coil inlet & outlet tubes of bottom area, Coil No: 31 to 60 Nos from LH side of boiler inter pass areai.e., Positioning, welding the Horizontal plate with holding pin in Turn over panel clip assembly for Horizontal alignment of 30 Nos Final reheater coil inlet & outlet tubes of bottom area, Coil No: 31 to 60 Nos from LH side of boiler inter pass area 5 Arrangement of temporary platform and scaffolding arrangement for erection of Turn over panel clip assembly to alignment of 30 Nos Final reheater coil inlet & outlet tubes of bottom area, Coil No: 31 to 60 Nos from LH side of boiler inter pass areai.e., Providing Platform arrangement at 35° slope of goose neck water wall area, by following highest safety standards including charges for transportation and leading, lifting of scaffolding materials to inside boiler of required area, hire charges for T&P’s etc. 6 Complete dismantling of damaged pitch arrester in inlet & outlet of tubes in Final Reheater, tube No: 31 to 60 Nos from LH side of boiler. This work involves arresting, cutting, leading and removal of damaged pitch arrester in the form of 2 layers and devolution of scraps to central stores.
