Tender For Mrf Epoxy/Zameen Flooring (Jr & Sr Basketball Courts And Arts & Science Complex) Applying MRF ZameerT2K PU flooFpalnt ~or equivalent- The surface to be coated should be clean, dry, and free from moisture, dampness, microbial growth, oil, grease, dnt and other contaminations. Clean thoroughly using a wire brush and then scuff the surface using Sandpaper No. 80. Ensure that no loose particles are sticking to the surface to be coated. Fixing of 25*25mm mesh all over the floor and applying one coat of Penetration Primer at a DFT off 5 to 10 microns. After 6 hours and within 72 hours, apply the first coat of Zameen 2K PU floor paint shade. Sanding the coat of Penetration Primer should be avoided. After 10-12 hours, mildly sand the first coat
