MTPS-II - MI Circle - O&AHS Overhauling of 2 nos of Mill Reject Air compressors (MRCS) inclusive of its Outlet Cooler, Gate valves of various sizes, Mufflers, Filters, Solenoid assemblies and its connected components in ESP Compressor House of ash handling system during COH-2025- 1 Charges for Dismantling and cleaning the Package Pre-Filter Element, dismantling and replacing the starter box power drive module, replacing the air filter & coolant filter, analyzing the coolant, dismantling and cleaning the scavenge screen for blockage and reassembling work including the cost of all labour charges, consumables, T&Ps as complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge 2 Charges for Dismantling and cleaning the water cooled sequential cooling system, analyzing the shock pulse bearings, greasing all the motors, and calibrating pressure transducers and reassembling work including the cost of all labour charges, consumables, T&Ps as complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 3 Charges for dismantling and replacement of water coolant separator with newone, complete cleaning of the ultra coolant circuit and replacing the ultra coolant with new ultra coolant, analyzing and replacing the coolant hose and reassembling work including the cost of all labour charges, consumables, T&Ps as complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Charges for dismantling and servicing/ replacing the no loss drain service module, inspection and service minimum pressure check valve service kit and service valve kit, cleaning the contact tips, checking the tightness of inlet cable & other local circuit cables inside the microprocessor & motor end and cleaning the motor bowl and reassembling workincluding the cost of all labour charges, consumables, T&Ps as complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 5 Charges for dismantling and cleaning the inlet & outlet cooler, checking the high air end temperature sensor and other temperature sensors and trail run and commissioning workincluding the cost of all labour charges, consumables, T&Ps as complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 6 Charge for making preliminary arrangements for de-scaling of Coolers by connecting circulating pump with the coolers, dosing chemical, circulating chemical, tjhen dismantling the pump etc., (Chemical under contractor scope). 7 Charges for dismantling & assembling of both the end cover of cooler and renewal of new gasket for both end cover 8 Charges for chemical cleaning of all tubes one by one & water washing. 9 Charges for the supply of 16000 Hours Maintenance kit 10 Charges for the supply of Champion Style -54 Non-Metallic Gasket Sheets 2000X1500X4 mm 11 Charges for the supply of Champion Style -54 Non-Metallic Gasket Sheets2000X1500X3 mm 12 Charges for dismantling the 40-80mm gate valves, cleaning parts and checking the internal parts andreplacing if necessary, lapping of gate valves and gate ways, providing new gland ropes, re-assembling the valve for trouble free operation with leak test, including hire charges T&Ps, all consumables and all labour charges etc., 13 Charges for dismantling of outlet air line cooler pipe connections, Overhauling of coolers including hydraulic testing of tube nests and reassembling of piping all connections fittings with leak test, including hire charges T&Ps, all consumables and all labour charge ets., 14 Dismantling and removing the muffler, inlet valve, exhaust valve, pre filter, oil filter, after filter, non return valves, drain outlet inlet and outlet pipe connection and clearing the desiccant (Drying substance) inside the filter, including hire charges T&Ps all consumables and all labour charges etc., 15 Cleaning of filter replacing the wornout spares by new one, refilling the desiccant and outlet pipe connection as directed by the site incharge. (spares will be supplied by TNPGCL), including hire charges T&Ps, all consumables and all labour charges etc., 16 Charge for dismantling the solenoid valve assembly arrangements by using special tool kits, and replacing the wornout spares with new one and reassembling the solenoid valve assembly arrangements as directed by in charge. (required Spares will be supplied by TNPGCL), including hire charges T&Ps, all consumables and all labour charges etc.,
