MTPS-II - MI Circle - Overhauling of Instrument Air Compressor (IAC-2) inclusive of its coolers, Replacing/Reconditioning of Coolers Inlet/Outlet pipes, its connected components & provision of new air vessel line and Isolation valve forIAC-2 and overhauling of Fluidizing Blowers in ESP Compressor house of ash handling system.= Dismantling of Inter and After coolers, Air inlet and outlet headers and pipes, HP and LP piston assemblies & cylinders, Suction & Delivery valves, Cooling Water and Air pipes and removal of V-Belts. 2 Dismantling of crank case top cover, Inspection & renewal of main Bearing and Connecting rod Bearing and replacement of crank shaft and fly wheel if required. 3 Cleaning of Cooling Water jackets of HP/LP cylinders and cooler shells. 4 Overhauling of Inter coolers, after cooler and Oil cooler including hydraulic testing of Tube nests. 5 Assembling of HP & LP cylinders, Air outlet headers, coolers, Fixing V-Belts and alignment of flywheel with motor pulley. 6 Renewal of worn-out Bearing ring and Piston rod in HP / LP piston Assembly, if Necessary. 7 Cleaning of pistons & piston assemblies, reassembling HP & LP piston assemblies with renewed gland packings, Oil scrapper rings & retaining rings, cleaning primary & secondary oil filters and overhauling of oil pumps etc., 8 Removal of HP and LP suction and Delivery valve cover plates Stud by Thread Cleaning and Tapping of all the studs of main body & Cleaning and Tapping of thread in HP,LP cylinder Assembly and cooler assembly. 9 Dismantling, overhauling and assembling of suction and delivery valves -17 Nos. 10 Charges for recording the critical dimensions, replacement of the damaged parts if required in the crank case and crosshead assemblies & then assembling the other parts like bearings, crank shaft, connecting rod, water, oil pump & its assemblies and flywheel etc., and setting the critical diamensions to the required level as per the site conditions. 11 Cleaning and painting of compressors by 2 coats of enamel paint on compressorand two coats of oil resistant paint on pedestal (Including charges for consumables like Enamel / oil resistant paint, kerosene, Gada cloth etc.,) 12 Cleaning of Air Suction filter, renewal of lub oil, replacement of Cooling water flexible hoses and damaged pipe lines, insulation of HP Air outlet header etc., and assisting for commissioning of compressor. 13 Erection of 80 NB pipe line from IAC Header upto Receiver tank. 14 Removing of V Belt, Blower pulley and dismantling of Blower Suction and Delivery connection, safety valve NRV etc. 15 Dismantling and removing of DE and NDE side gear assembling both side bearing cup, bearing check nut, lock washer, Bearings, removing of oil seal and Side cover by lifting to work place 16 Dismantling and removing the 2 Nos impeller from side cover, cleaning of internal parts etc., and reassembling of 2nos impeller, side cover. 17 Reassembling of New oil seal, bearing cup, fixing of bearing 4 nos, gear assembling suction, delivery connection, air filter, safety valve and alignment checking etc. 18 Re- assembling of belt pulley by lifting and fixing , and alignment checking and successful testing and commissioning 19 Charges for dismantling the 40-80mm gate valves, cleaning parts and checking the internal parts andreplacing if necessary, lapping of gate valves and gate ways, providing new gland ropes, re-assembling the valve for trouble free operation with leak test, including hire chargesT&Ps, all consumables and all labour charges etc., 20 Charges for dismantling of TAC outlet air line cooler pipe connections, Overhauling of coolers including hydraulic testing of tube nests and reassembling of pipes all connections fittings with leak test, including hire charges T&Ps, all consumables and all labour charges etc., 21 Charges for Supply of V-Belts of Fluidizing Blowers in Compressor House ( C 2012 LP/C77 ) 22 Charges for Supply of V-Belts of Vacuum pumps in Compressor House SPC 4000 PB 23 Charges for Supply of V-Belts of Instrument Air Compressor (IACS) 24 Charges for the supply of 8000 Hours Maintenance kit
