MTPS- II – M I Circle – O&AHS – BAHS - Annual Overhauling of Secondary crusher 1 & 2, its internals and connected components and reassembling including replacement of grinding roller 4 Nos during the annual overhauling 2025-26 in Bottom Ash Handling System.- 1 Charges for Removal of Secondary Crusher inlet chute and removing the crusher inlet bellow including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 2 Charges for Dragging out the Secondary Crusher assembly from working area to repair place to facilitate to work including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 3 Charges for Removal of Top cover Inspection door and Coil spring tension assembly of the secondary crusher including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 4 Charges for Removal of Bearing housing along with Rollers of secondary crusher special lifting tackles including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 5 Charges for transporting the new rollers from central store/MTPS-II and leading, lifting and positioning to the 7.5 mtr secondary crusher floor area including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 6 Charges for dismantling the eroded rollers of secondary crusher with shaft assembly including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 7 Charges for Assembling the Secondary crusherNew rollers with the existing roller shaft including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 8 Charges for Inspection and assembling of new bearings / retrieved bearings and its bearing housing with roller shaft of secondary crusher including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 9 Charges for supply of supply of secondary crusher bearing including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 10 Charges for alignment of Rollers by using jack rod and locknut including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 11 Charges for Assembling the top cover and Inlet chute and Chute bellow of secondary crusher including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete. 12 Lowering the retrieved rollers-4 nos from secondary crusher floor to ground and transporting to storesand unloading for devolutions including the cost of all T&P required consumables all the Safety appliances complete.
