Tender For Repair Of Precipitation Tank Area Bottom Floor.-2 Demolishing AR brick/tile including its mortal manually/by mechanical means including stackingof serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials to dump yard etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 3 Demolishing R.C.C work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometer, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars 4 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform 7 Labour charges for providing catch pots and connecting necessary HDP down water pipes to the required length etc as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. 8 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 9 Cleaning the surface, thoroughly melting and applying corromastic so as to provide a continuous lining and heating the joints with blow lamps before applying corromastic to next section so as to form a monolithic joint and finishing the surface to the required line and level including applying SPL solution etc. as in the standard practice in the company and as per the direction of Engineer in charge 10 Labour charges for AR tile/ AR brick work with swk powder and K solution in the existing practice of the company including charges for conveying required tiles from store yard, paving tiles to line and level, cleaning all surface etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge 11 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead: Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand)
