    Desilting Of Refinery-I Ows Sewer Basin During Refinery-I M And I Shutdown At Cpcl, Manali , Desilting, Cleaning Of Refinery-I Ows Sewer Basin On Round The Clock Basis Including Isolation Of The Ows Pit, Diversion Of Incoming Water/Oil, Mobilization And Operation Of Dewatering Pumps Of Adequate Capacity With Operator And Fuel, Removal Of Oily Sludge / Muck / Oil Mixed Earth / Silt From Through Manual/Mechanised Means, Scraping The Walls & Floors To Remove The Oil Sludge, Collection, Loading, Transporting With Contractors Vehicle, Unloading, Disposal Of The Same To Designated Location At Etp-Ii Bio Remediation Pit / Sludge Lagoon Pit, Obtaining Clearance From Manufacturing Department, Etc. Including Tools, Tackles, Labour, Machinaries, Lighting Arrangements, Etc., Complete As Per The Directions Of The Engineer-In-Charge On Lumpsum Basis. The Ows Sewer Basin Is Of Approx. Plan Size 9.75 X 7.00 & Adjacent Connected Sump Is Of Approx. Plan Size 4 X 3.50. The Approx. Average Sludge Depth In Sewer Basin & Connected Sump Is 1 M.
