Tender For Balance Length At Nanil Bonpora Stadium Link-- 1 P/L LAYING, SPREADING, stackingAND COMPACTING STONE AGGREGATE OF SPECIFIED SIZES (RANGING 63MM TO 45MMTO WBM (GRADE-II) SPECIFICATIONS IN UNIFORM THICKNESS, HAND PICKING, ROLLING WITH 3 WHEELED ROAD / VIBRATORY ROLLER 8-10 TONNE CAPACITY IN STAGES TO PROPER GRADE AND CAMBER, APPLYING AND BROOMING REQUISITE TYPE OF SCREENING /BINDING MATERIAL TO FILL UP INTERSTICES OF COARSE AGGREGATE, WATERING AND COMPACTING TO THE REQUIRED DENSITY INCLUDING ALL CARRIAGES, COMPLETE 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 3 Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom With medium setting bitumen emulsionOn W.B.M. /W.M.M. @ 0.4 Kg/sqm. 4 Providing and laying of 50mm premix Bituminous Macadam base course with stone aggregates of quality size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 3.5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. incl all Carriages etc complete job. 5 Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30@5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2%(percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot MixPlant of 100-120 TPH capacity 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2%(percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot MixPlant of 60-90 TPH capacity. 6 SEAL COAT Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete. 7 Engagement of labor for removal of vegetation on the sides of road 8 Providing / laying ofRCC spun Pipes in proper position/ grade including cutting of road surface upto required depth, providing requisite cushion including carriage ofall materials and pipesupto site ofwork complete. 12dia
