    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Passenger Lift; Beacon; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Cmc); Monthly; No 1) The scope of work shall cover monthly visit i.e. 12 visit per year, by your agency for checking the healthiness and safety of Beacon Passenger Lift installed in BL No. 14 inside gallery at Indira Sagar Dam. 2) Breakdown Maintenance shall be in the scope of agency. The agency shall attend the breakdown maintenance within 3 days of date of issue of breakdown notice/information. No extra payment shall be paid for breakdown maintenance. 3) Repair/replacement of all components/spare parts required to keep elevator healthy and function shall be in the scope of agency and no extra payment shall be paid in this regard. 4) The contractor shall deploy only such personnel, who have adequate experience of subject work. 5) The safety test of the elevator once in a year shall be conducted by agency, for which they shall issue a certificate. 6) The agency shall fulfil all statutory requirements related to elevator safety as per the guide lines issued by MP Govt. / Indian Govt. 7) The insurance and the other liability related to labour laws, insurance etc. shall be in the scope of agency. 8) No overtime shall be payable. 9) The paid accommodation shall be provided for service engineer, if required. 10) The duration of contract shall be five year from the date of work order. 11) Transportation charges including local conveyance, boarding & lodging cost shall be borne by the agency during their CAMC visit.
