(Arc) - Construction and Commissioningofbore hole by DTH/Rotary/ Combination rig of 200 mm dia, supply and installation of energy efficient Submersible Pump sets, Panels,Cables and other allied works including commissioning and testing of tube well under Jurisdiction of Sub Division Merta Rural Dn. Merta with 24 months defect liability with 5 years operation and maintenance (ARC). Sl. No. Item Description 1 Construction of tube well from ground level & up to 100 mtr depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and its packing as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gra vel & its primary packing and packing during development,lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles and development work, but excluding the cost of housing and strainer pipe assembly). The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. 2 Nominal bore 200 mm dia. 3 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item no 2.1.1 to 2.1.3) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and upto 200 mtr, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr. 4 Add 40% extra on above item (BSR Item no 2.1.1 to 2.1.3) for drilling depth beyond 200 mtr, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 200 mtr . 5 Construction of Tube Well up to 100 mtr. depthin all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 andIS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a through out bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. 6 Nominal bore 200 mm dia. 7 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.4.1 to 2.4.2) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr. 8 Add 30% extra on above item(BSR Item No 2.4.1 to 2.4.2) for drilling depth beyond 200 mtr and from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 200 mtr . 9 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.4.1 to 2.4.4) for drilling, where strata is collapsible and lowering of casing pipe is required . The work includes lowering of casing pipe, but excluding the cost of casing pipe. The work includes the cost of lowering of casing pipe, but excludes the cost of casing pipe. 11 Nominal bore 200 mm dia 12 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.2.1 to 2.2.2) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr 13 Construction of tube well after completion of drilling by rotary /percussion method & upto 100 mtr. depth in all type of rocks by DTH system as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications. The work shall be deemed completed only after obtaining sand free water. The bore well should have a throughout nominal size bore beyond casing pipe. 14 Nominal bore 200 mm dia. 15 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.3.1 to 2.3.2) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr. 16 Add 30% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.3.1 to 2.3.2) for drilling depth beyond 200 mtr and from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 200 mtr . 17 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.3.1 to 2.3.4) for drilling, where strata is collapsible and lowering of casing pipe is required . No. Item Description 1 Construction of tube well from ground level & up to 100 mtr depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and its packing as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gra vel & its primary packing and packing during development,lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles and development work, but excluding the cost of housing and strainer pipe assembly). The tube well should have a through out bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. 6 Nominal bore 200 mm dia. 7 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.4.1 to 2.4.2) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr. 8 Add 30% extra on above item(BSR Item No 2.4.1 to 2.4.2) for drilling depth beyond 200 mtr and from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 200 mtr . 9 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.4.1 to 2.4.4) for drilling, where strata is collapsible and lowering of casing pipe is required . The work includes lowering of casing pipe, but excluding the cost of casing pipe. The rate shall be applicable for stretch of collapsible strata only. 10 Construction of Tube Well from ground level and upto 100 mtr. depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe in all type of alluvium strata, unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/ rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications for removal of overburden. The work includes the cost of lowering of casing pipe, but excludes the cost of casing pipe. 11 Nominal bore 200 mm dia 12 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.2.1 to 2.2.2) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr 13 Construction of tube well after completion of drilling by rotary /percussion method & upto 100 mtr. depth in all type of rocks by DTH system as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications. The work shall be deemed completed only after obtaining sand free water. The bore well should have a throughout nominal size bore beyond casing pipe. 14 Nominal bore 200 mm dia. 15 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.3.1 to 2.3.2) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr. 16 Add 30% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.3.1 to 2.3.2) for drilling depth beyond 200 mtr and from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 200 mtr . 17 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.3.1 to 2.3.4) for drilling, where strata is collapsible and lowering of casing pipe is required . The work includes lowering of casing pipe, but excluding the cost of casing pipe. The rate shall be applicable for stretch of collapsible strata only. 18 Development of Tube well as per I.S.11189:1985 and IS-2800 (Part-I):1991 (both amended upto date) using suitable compressor to give sand- free water for required yield of the gravel packed TW 19 Supply & fixing tube well cover of MS sheet 8 mm thick at top & 5 mm thick 100 mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45 cm log & two GI flanges at both end in 80 mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate.
