Make: SU/Mody/Lubi/DJB approved make ers, hydraulics straightened and heavy labor at site. 2 Supply of New cable for connection of Pump sets up to panel board. 4 core X 4 mm sqPVC insulated and PVC round sheated copper conductor ( flexible) cable, 1100 Volt, confirming to IS:694/2010Make: Havells/ Gloster/ Grandely/ DJB approved Make. 3 Supply of wall mounted cubical electrical panel in sheet metal enclosure suitable for above pumps comprising of ammeter, voltmeter, DDL contractor, indicating lamps, overload relay, MCB single phase preventer, duly wired & painted suitable for running pump set up to 10 HP capacity. ( fully automatic) 4 Supply of 80 mm dia heavy duty GI Pipe conforming to IS:I239 Make :Jindal/DJB approved make 5 Supply of CI Sluice Valve of 80 mm dia Make: Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approve make 6 Supply of 80 mm dia G.I. Bend/elbow 90 degree Conforming to IS:1239 Make: Jindal/Kirloskar/DJB approved make 7 Supply ofC.I NRV suitable for vertical 80 mm dia heavy duty GI pipePN 1.0 Make:Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approve make 8 Supply of 80mm dia G.I flanges , each flange should be 4holes. 9 Fixing of G.I. Pipe along with wall with the help of Clamp, bend, NRV, flanges and Nut bolts. This job also includes providing of clamps and other consumable items required for this job. Making suitable size hole in the floor level lanter for crossing the pipe through it. 10 Installing / Commissioning of submersible dewatering pumpset and all allied electrical items including panels, making complete electrical connection with cable and laying of cable in a proper manner as per site requirement,making suitable arrangment for fixingpumpsets in pit and other allied civil work as per site requirement. Testing of pumpset on no load and on load in presence of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Painting of all above installed equipment’swith 2 coat enamel paint.
