(Re-Invite)-- 1 SITC of dewatering system with allied works at Usmanpur BPS by following works :-Dismantling of existing old damaged dewatering pump set with their fitting and removing electric connection & shifts to suitable palace. 2 Supply of self priming non clog Dewatering pump MNC-055 with CI impeller, Carbon steel shaft Suction x Delivery size (80x80 mm), Dis-720 lpm, RPM 1450, Head -15 Mtr Motor coupled with 5HP/3.7KW, AC 3 phase TEFC Motor mounted on a common base frame. Make-Kirloskar/M&P/Jyoti/ Crompton 3 Supply of control panel with ON-Off arrangement in sheet metal enclosure suitable for 5 HP pump set comprising of Ampere meter, voltmeter, DOL starter, indicating lamps, single phase protection, dully fixed along with control wiring etc.Make: Bentex/Capital/DJB Approved make 4 Supply of aluminum armored PVC round cable double sheathed cable size 16 sq. mm x 3 coreMake:- Finolex/Grandlay/Glostar/Havells 5 Supply of 80mm dia (Medium class) M.S pipe.Make:- Jindal / TATA. 6 Supply of M.S Flange suitable for 80 mm dia pipe. 7 Supply of M.S Bend of size 80 mm both side flange. 8 Supply of Nut-Bolt & with washer of good quality. 9 Supply of neoprene rubber sheet 6mm. SOR-25-4.12.3 Make:- Kirloskar / IVC 12 Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 PN-1.0 SOR-25 4.14.3 (1Cement: 2 Coarse: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump as per site requirement. 13 Installation of above. 5 HP motor pump set along with all piping works, fixing of valves, and executing allied electrical cable connection, mechanical and civil works i/c Digging, wall cutting, cartage, taking all safety precautions, Arranging all tools and tackles i/c welding set, gas cutter etc. the works is inclusive of testing and commissioning of all E&M equipments at NO load and as full load successfully.
