Repainting Works For Buildings Piping Equipments In Main Plant Buildings And Other Infra Structures Inside And Outside Of Operating Island At Kaps 3 And 4 Plant Site; 1 Schedule A:- CIVIL - For Civil structures …- 2 Supply and application of approved Epoxy Paint (Two pack system) on concrete/ plastered surfaces of interior walls, floors and ceilings etc. as per manufacturers specification by using airless spray pump, brush, roller including surface preparation (without creating dust nuisance i.e. by means of scrapper with integral vacuum pick), masking of embedded parts, covering of installed equipment’s, pipe lines if any and removal of the same after completion of painting etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. 3 up to 125 Micron 4 up to 250 Micron 5 Providing and laying acid-alkali, chemical and oil resistant solvent free, self smoothing and levelling seamless 2mm thick, three component, solvent free, self-levelling, epoxy polyurethane flooring of approved brand and colour on three component, epoxy based self levelling screed on two component, high solid, epoxy resin based floor primer applied after preparation of surface as per recommendation of manufacture for old/new surface for all types of works at all levels. Including all smoothing the surface (without creating dust nuisance i.e. by means of scrapper with integral vacuum pick), repair damaged surface and filling the dents / cracks and undulations with epoxy mortar, cleaning the surface stained with cleaning chemicals, laying self leveling floor toping by authorized applicator of manufacture, inclusive of labour, material, equipment etc. all complete as per recommendations of manufacturer, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note: 1. All material shall be applied as per manufacturer’srecommendations and as directed by the Engineer.2. Self levelling floor topping to achieve the desired thickness on concrete floors shall be in a single layer/coat.3. Preparing the surface in the specified manner by removing old paint coating of all thickness and types.4. Smoothening the surface with the use of all suitable means including machine grinding, scrapping and sand-papering etc. 6 Supplying and applying exterior emulsion paint on cementitious surfaces at all heights item includes single coat of primer (recommended by manufacturer of selected exterior paint) and two coats of selected exterior paint. Item includes preparing the surface by removing of all loose paints, dirt and dusts, cleaning of surface, filling / sealing of cracks up to 3mm by crack seal or putty as specified by paint manufacturer, making the damaged and rough surfaces smooth, minor repairs, other cracks sealing with white cement based putty, cement slurry or cement mortar where ever required. Item includes cost of paint, brushes, wire brushes, sand papers, cleaning accessories, labour, tools and tackles, transportation, loading, unloading of materials at site, steel or any other metal scaffolding, personnel safety of all workers with required PPE and accessories etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer.Note: 1. Prior approval from Engineer is a must for executing painting work by brush/roller/Spray.2. Sample and shade shall be got approved before bulk supply at site. 3. Work should be carried out at exterior surface of different building area as directed by Engineer. (up to hight 12 to 20M) 7 Supplying and applying two coats interior acrylic emulsion paint on cementitious surfaces at all heights item includes touch up of primer (recommended by manufacturer of selected exterior paint) and two coats of selected interior paint. Item includes preparing the surface by removing of all loose paints, dirt and dusts, cleaning of surface, filling/sealing of cracks up to 3mm by crack seal or putty as specified by paint manufacturer, making the damaged and rough surfaces smooth, minor repairs, other cracks sealing with white cement based putty, cement slurry or cement mortar where ever required. Including scaffolding, making good the damaged surfaces, minor repairs, cleaning of dust, dirt, rust, grease, scrapping, brushing, removal of peeled off paint etc. wherever required, preparation of surfaces including sand papering, cleaning the surfaces etc. including cost of all materials, labour, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer In-Charge. 9 for Single Coat 10 for Double Coat 11 Providing and applying acid and alkali resistant paint of approved make and colour conforming to IS:9862 of minimum 250 micron DFT on flooring and walls and other surfaces at all elevations as directed, inclusive of surface preparation, labour, materials, scaffolding etc. all complete 12 Providing heavy duty, polyvinyl chloride, adhesive type, floor marking tape of72mm mm width for aisle marking. 13 Schedule B:For Metallic surface, Nomenclature 14 Supplying and Painting Inorganic Zinc-Rich Silicate on metallic pipes, fittings, structures etc.Note:- Item includes cleaning, scraping of existing surfaces, cost of paint,brushes, rollers, sand papers, smoothen the surface, required painting equipment and workman etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer. 15 Supplying and painting self priming Epoxy painton metallic pipes, fittings, structures etc.Note:- Item includes cleaning, scraping of existing surfaces, cost of paint,brushes, rollers, sand papers, smoothen the surface, required painting equipment and workman etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer. 16 Single Coat 17 Double Coat 18 Supplying and painting Red oxide zinc phosphate - Metal Primer Single Coat on metallic pipes, fittings, structures etc.Note:- Item includes cleaning, scraping of existing surfaces, cost of paint,brushes, rollers, sand papers, smoothen the surface, required painting equipment and workman etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer. 19 Supplying and painting of synthetic enamel paint single coat on metallic pipes, fittings, structures etc.Note:- Item includes cleaning, scraping of existing surfaces, cost of paint,brushes, rollers, sand papers, smoothen the surface, required painting equipment and workman etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer.
