Tender For Replacement Of Faulty Lt Cables Of Different Locations At Lilabari Airport; 1 Supply of XLPE insulated & PVC shethed armoured aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) with upto date ammendments as per tender Technical Specifications. 2 3.5C x 185 Sq. mm. 3 3.5C x 150 Sq. mm. 4 3.5C x 120 Sq. mm. 5 4 x 16 Sq. mm 6 Supply of following dia ISI marked DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers and plug etc. conforming to IS:16205 Part-24 or amended complete as required. 7 63 mm (OD - 63 mm and ID - 51 mm nominal) 8 90 mm (OD - 90 mm and ID - 76 mm nominal) 9 Laying of one number DWC HDPE pipe ofsize upto 90 mmdia complete with fittings, cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 75 cm including excavation and refilling the trench etc. complete as required. 10 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following size in the existing RCC / HUME / STONEWARE /METAL/ HDPE/DWC HDPE pipe as required: 11 Upto 35 Sqmm 12 Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm 13 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required: 14 Upto 35 Sqmm 15 Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm 16 Supplying and end making End Termination withBrass Compression Gland and Aluminum lugsfor following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminumconductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as require: 17 3.5 X 185 Sq mm ( 57 mm) 18 3.5 x 150 Sq.mm. (50 mm) 19 3.5C x 120 Sq. mm. (50 mm) 20 4 x 16 Sq. mm. (28 mm) 21 Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 22 3.5 X 185 Sq mm 23 3.5 x 150 Sq.mm. 24 3.5C x 120 Sq. mm. 25 Supply and fixing of CPRI tested, ISI marked, Class A Electrical insulation mat having minimum thickness of 2mm for working voltage upto 3.3kV, confirming to IS: 15652:2006, infront of LT panels as per direction of E-I-C. 26 Supply and fixing of CPRI tested, ISI marked, Class B Electrical insulation mat having minimum thickness of 2.5 mm for working voltage upto 11 kV, confirming to IS: 15652:2006, infront of HT panels, transformer rooms as per direction of E-I-C. 27 Demolishing cement concrete / bituminous road / brick wall by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 28 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4(1 Cement:2Coarse sand :4 graded stonr aggregate 20mm nominal size) 29 Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with chained lid RCC top slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
