Providing all materials, machinery and labour and coating the old and new reinforcement with two coats ofSS ANTI CORR EP&an Zinc rich epoxy coating and sprinkling with silica sand for better adhesion of polymer mortar, applyingS S ANTI CORRa polymer based bond coat to all concrete surfaces and restoring all broken concrete by applyingSS structo Rep R4an ready to use non shrink thixotropic high strength repair mortar.

Providing all materials, labour and applying and two coats of advanced aliphatic and elastic elastomeric Acrylic Polymer, breathable crack bridging, ultra -violet light resistant, waterproof , anti-carbonation coating for concrete of external walls of IDCT using SS Protecto Con AC or Equivalent material, over a coat of primer using SS Con Guard primer or suitable primer to protective coating. The material shall be tested in NPCIL approved laboratory.

Providing all machinery,labour and drilling 14 mm dia hole in concrete upto required depth fixing 14mm aluminium injection packers for grouting

Providing all materials, labour and machinery and grouting polyurethane injection material into aluminum packers, with Inject 2300 Top by using pneumatically / electrically operated injection grouting pump.
