Disconnecting pipe lines connections after taking down carefully the old rusted and leakage pressed steel plate to the ground for replacement works of size 1.22mX1.22mX5mm/ 1.22mX1.22mX6mm (total 52 Nos) including jointing materials ie lead/wire/wool, putty/ compound etc from PS OH tank installed at 40\" to 50\" height staging at Pump house complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Work shall be carried out as per safety norms and all safety measures should be provided by the contractor and no extra claim shall be admissible at later stage)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning SMC Panelled pressed moulded thermosetting GRP water tank (IS-14399) of size 5m (L)X5m (B)X2m (H) of storage capacity 50000 Ltr including manhole panels on the roof with proper locking arrangements fixed at any position on 40\" to 50\" height staging with required no. of holes on plates and other required jointing materials i.e lead wire/wool,putty/compound nut bolt and washers etc to make the jointing portion absloutely leak proof including painting of staging of OH tank and connecting back the water supply line of all type (i.e incomming, discharge, wash out and overflow) complete all as specified and as directed.( Note :- 1. Work shall be carried out in safety norms and all safety measures should be provided by the contractor and no extra claim shall be admissable at later stage. 2. GRP water tank of storage capacity 50000 Ltr will be considered as One Job only)

M&L for MS Plates (plain or chequered), square cut/ tube or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel cross arms/ bracing/ supports/ channel/ angle iron/I-Section beams fabricated from structural steel sections including MS Nuts, bolts and washers with necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size for overhead tank on height of 40\" to 50\" including two coats of aluminium paint over one coatof primer complete including taking down old all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, jointing & testing CI body sluice valve 100mm class PN-1.6, ISI marked (as per IS-14846 of 2000) heavy duty with flanged ends with high tensile stainless steel spindle, iron hand wheel and fixing with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasketsheet for packing including taking out existing us sluice valve fixed at any positionall as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, jointing & testing cast iron butterfly Valve 80 mm bore fixing with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasketsheet for packing including taking out existing U/S cast iron butterfly valve fixed at any position all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of100 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with allnew fittings as required complete fixed to Structures / walls and ceilings or laid in floorsincluding testing complete including taking down of old u/s pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No 7 here in before but for 80 mm bore of pipe complete all as dirceted.
