Tender For Provision Of Drainage In Academic Block At Ota Gaya; 1 Excavation in trenches n exe 1.5 mtr wide and n exe 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etcall as specified and directed 2 PCC 1:3:6type C2 (40 mm gradede aggregate ) as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed 3 M & L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class B bricks straightor curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings including necessary form work all as specified and as directed 5 M&L for rendering 15mm thick external surfaces on brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC 2% by wt of cement. Note:-WPC measured and paid separatly 6 Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked. 7 Extra for forming fair finished drain or chennel 30 cm and over inner girth in cement concrete all as specified and directed 8 S and F of framed work as in doors,grills or gates of angle or other tubular steel section with gusset plates, rails, braces, including ancher nut, bolt & washer of any size as required etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening ,necessary welding and fixing complete. 9 M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steelany description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 10 Dismantling of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape any sizeandlaid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. 11 Sand filling under floors for cushioning ofincluding watering and consolidation 12 M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed. 13 Re-laying for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80/60 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base. 15 M & L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. 16 M & L for heavy duty endura parking coloured tiles, 12-15 mm thick layer over screed bed with neat cementcomplete all as specified and directed 17 M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified 18 M&L for one coat of glazed lacquer resin and hardener paint (Polyurathene) incl preparation of old/new painted surfaces brick,stone,concrete,asbustose ,cement or plaster surfaces of any description Oover 10CM girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed 19 M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabsand similar work including necessary formwork and 32mm dia weep holes set in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified and directed. 20 M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete. 21 Removing excavated soil to a dist n.exc.50m all as specified and directed 22 Returning, filling in,incl spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25CM soft/loose soil 23 Supply and laying river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning / protection to cable including spreading, levelling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site.
