Mode of Constuction (MOC)of compact package STP should be as per below, MS based or 100% pure FRP based packaged sewage Treatment Plant. MS plate having Minimum 8 mm thick base plate, side wall plate thickness 6 mm minimum, relevant size of structural steel members with inside epoxy coating and outside epoxy paint on primer. FRP based packaged sewage treatment plant, FRP material supplied should be tested by NABL approved lab for Pressure test on minimum 5 psi and Vacuum test on minimum 5 psi, Barcol hardness 43 minimum and flexural strength minimum 12600 lb/in2. Make:- E-in-Cs approved.Note:The STP tank shall be placed on 100mm thick PCC lean concrete 1:4:8 and laid on stable compacted ground.
