    Bids Are Invited For Goods Transport Service €“ Per Trip Based Service - Machinery & Equipment; Containerized Truck; 20 Ft Single Axle 1. Type of Vehicle: Full Container Body Truck. 2. Size of Truck: 20 Feet, 6 Ton Capacity 3. Loading and Unloading of materials: By factory itself. 4. Pick up address: Opto Electronics Factory, Raipur, Dehradun (Uttarakhand)-248008 5. Drop address: C.O.D. AGRA (UTTAR PRADESH)- 282001 6. Pick Up Date: As & when required 18 trips over a period of one year or more. 7. Period of requirement: Immediate within 24 Hrs on telephonic message or E-mail. 8. One Rep. from OLF will escort with the truck and truck movement will be as per direction given by OLF Rep. for safety point of view. 9. Transporter will be fully responsible for loss damages or pilferage of dispatched items in safety views. 10. Fax No., Telephone no, mobile no and email id of transporter is essential, without these details quotations will not accepted. 11. Quotation/Offer for contract shall be sound and without any ambiguity. 12. Payment will be released on jobs completions certificate issued by CGM/OLF or his authorized representatives and invoice/contractor bills /other documents submitted by the firm. 13. Firm shall provide proper protection of goods from rain and other climatic effect. 14. Firm shall ensure safe driving i.e. Driver shall not consumed alcohol during Transportation. 15. GPS/live tracking facility should be available. 16. Value of entire consignment of full year is Rs. 300 Crore, however the value of insurance amount for each trip will depend on invoice value of each trip. Invoice value will be provided by the buyer at the time of despatch of materials. Total Quantity :
