Tender For Misc Rep/Maint Ro System Of Water Supply Distribution System And Misc Rep Of Borewell Line, Supply Line, External Water Supply System Along With Connected Wks With Other Allied Maint Wks At Af Station Palam.; 2 Supply and fix in repairs MS pipe fitting as bends, tees, collar, branch pieces, cap & plug etc, both ends flange weldedcomplete with replacement of nuts and bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 3 Supply and fixing in replacement of MS ERW pipe C class of 300 mm dia including jointing and testing as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply and fixing in replacement of MS ERW pipe C class of 150 mm dia including jointing and testing as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply and fixing in replacement of MS ERW pipe C class of 100 mm dia including jointing and testing as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Dismantling of existing water header of size 300 mm dia and length of 6.5 Rm including cutting and dismantling of welding from supply and distribution line ( Supply line 150 mm -04 Nos, Distribution line-150 mm -02 Nos and 100 mm -04 Nos) by arranging crane or suitable labour as required for lifting the unserviceable header asideincluding dismantling existing pcc and and supply and fixing of new header with necessary cutting in 300 mm line, 150 mm line, 100 mm lineand necessary welding works including fixing of flanges with rubber gasket and nut bolts complete for wrater connection as dismantled above and as directed and making PCC foundation for support of Header (Note : MS pipe for header of different will be measured seperately)checking for satisfatory working all as directed by EIC. Note : Job for replacement of header shall be done with gurantee during the contract period and any defects after fixing shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost. 7 (i)Dewatering the tank/UG Sump with portable submersible pump set with flow rate of 30,000 ltrs per hr. (ii)Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with special sludge removal pump set having capacity up to 1.7 lakh ltrs per hr.(iii) Cleaning of wall ceiling and floor by high pressure rotary water jet with the help of German equipment which create pressure of 80-120. (iv)Removing of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vaccum cleaner.(v)Spraying of non toxic biodegraded eco friendly anti bacterial agent certified by a Govt approved lab to disinfect the tank from harmful pathdons. The dose utilise should be as per OECD guide No 432.(vi)Treatment of inside tank be exposing UV radiation kill the suspended or floating bacterial remaining in the tank(vii) The cleaning of water reservior will be done two times on half yearly basis.(viii) Cleaning and removing all scale & dirt from bottom & walls and from mouth of circulation pipes of overhead tank of any capacityat staging Note :- rewinding shall be done with gurantee during the contract period. Development should be continuing by applying air jerk at required intervals. It also includes pouring of chemical to dissolve the compact rust, sand and other sediments.
