| 1 | Attendingcomplaints forstreet lights, flood lighst, LED bollards of any type, perimeter lights and high mast lights including accessories, Solar/ LED light fitting on wall or pole or ceiling of hanger and of any other locations to find out defects including dismantling of defective parts or taking down the fitting if necessary, cleaning the bowl/ perflex cover and making the fitting in 100% serviceable condition including rectification of fault of over head lines and under ground cables if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i) The contractor should employ one electrician and one helper for carrying out maintenance of street/security/bollard/flood light fittings in General Shift from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for Airforce school 3 BRD SEC 31,technical and domestic area of 3 BRD.(ii)All T&P/Safety items shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.(iii)The Contractor shall rectify the compliant within 24 Hours otherwise penal charge will be imposed at the rate of Rs. 200 per complaint(iv) Contractorsquoted ratesto include arrangement of bucket crane of high height or ladder with wheels or hydra orany other means required to rectify the compliants at the height of 07 to 20 meter.Safety of the tradesmen employed shall be the responsibility of the contractor.(v) Defective parts such as LED driver/LED fittings/Bollard fittings will be measured and paid under relevent item separately.However cost of replacement of minor parts such as nut, bolt, washer,insulation tape etc shall be inclusive in quoted rates.Monthly means 30 days including sunday and gazetted holidays. |
