Tender For Special Repairs To Road And Road Furniture From Marcury Chowk To Post Office Under Ge Mcte Mhow; 1 M&L for preparation ofsurfaces of existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc andM&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen at the rate of5 kg / 10 sqm and M&L forpremixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi DenceConcreteusing 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of40 mm (consolidated Thickness) includingrolling with 8to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surfaceand consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed. 2 Note1 : Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus sideadopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver,finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account. 3 M & L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.NOTE: -(i)Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.(ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only. 4 S&F in repair MS rectangular delineator black colour withmild steel tube of 1000 mm height, 100mm width, 30mm thick & 2-2.5 kg approx weight, duly powder coated and 3x white retro reflector of size 150mm x 80mm of 3M type-XIincluding embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150 x 300mm) type B1 complete all asspecified and directed. 5 S&F in repair 500mm to 1000mm dia Convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 dia SS pipe medium grade ISI mark (Height of pipe not less than 1.20m from ground leve) & embeded in post holes size (200mm x 200mm x 400mm) in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) & including earth work & excavation returning filling complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fixing in repair Cat Eye as (Road Stud) of 120mm x 90mm size made of poly-carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retro range on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous ashesive BT-69 any disctiption complete including removal of old cat eye all as specified and directed.(Make - Dark Eye or equivalent of3M/Alcolite/solar/SUNEYES) 7 Supply and fix in repairsolar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.(Make:3M/ Mr. lllumination/Dark Eye aktion Mode No.DA972.0) 8 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction inccluding cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt, oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for preparation of old concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over priming paint compete all as spcified and directed. 10 S & F in repair Retro reflective sign board out of ACP sheets of 4MM thick back ground should be in white or any colour and writing materials should be in white or any colours as approved including letter of any size , colour and numbers as approved including welding or reveting with frame etc complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F of stainless steelhollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts, complete, including fixing the post with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts, any ornamental pieces etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement incl dismantling of old MS board.
