Tender For Provision Of Covered Pathway At Old Loc Of 2 Coy Fcsr, 30 X Flood Light In Parks Maint By 17 Czw (Ph-Ii) (B) And High Mast Lights In Solar Plant Alongwith Security Light & Poles In Stp Under Ge Narangi.; 1 Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and depth exceeding 1.5 mand not exceeding 3.00m beyond first 1.50m and getting out in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick for any type of soil all as specified and directed. 5 Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed ata level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 6 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & as directed. 7 Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm with brokenstone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subase finished to receive floor treatment etc complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigmentcomplete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour forsand cushioning over sub base incl spreading and levelling in layers n exe 25 cm complete all as specified and directed 11 Material and labour forproviding and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed 12 Material and labour for providing, cement concrete 1;2;4 type B-1 (using 20 mm thick crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm thick crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for vertical post complete all as specified and directed 14 Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fix MS plate or angle, channel, square cut or notched with riveted, bolted, or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labour for Pre- paintedhot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screwscomplete all as specified and as directed. 17 Material and labour Pre- paintedhot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws as specifiedcomplete all as specified and as directed. Note:To be executed for provision of ridges and hips. 18 Material and labour for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 19 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall applyingtwo coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Supply & installation of High mast structure with complete accessories (construction as per BS-EN 10025 : 1993 or equivalent IS) .
